DELIVERY

All Garments will be dispatched within 10-14 working days from the date the order is placed unless a specific lead time is otherwise stated in the product description and EXcept preordered items wHich are given specific dispatch dates bY sika. Ghana gold dust jewellery day chains are available for immediate dispatCh as we hold them in stock. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.




POSTAGE AND

PACKAGING COSTS

All orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail postal or DHL service. All items are mainly shipped directly from Ghana and on occasions from London. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND OR ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMS FEES THAT MAY BE ATTRIBUTED TO ANY POTENTIAL ORDER PLACED WITH SIKA.

Postage and Packaging charges to a UK address are £7.95 for Any item or quantity ordered

Postage and Packaging charges to an International address (outside the UK) are £18.00 for Any item or quantity ordered.

For orders where the destination requires additional charges imposed by the destination country's postal service (I.E when SIKA's standard method of posting is not available for the order's destination), postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis.


DAMAGED OR

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within 7 days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.

In the event that we require the return of goods then we reserve the right to specify the method of return. It is at our discretion to either replace the goods or issue a refund.

SIKA cannot guarantee that print placement or INCIDENTALS on our garments will be exactly as seen on product images, placement may vary slightly as all products are handmade.

SIKA cannot guarantee that fabric colours/print colourways will be exactly as seen on product images as several variable factors (such as screen brightness, browser program etc) can affect the way a colour is construed.


CANCELLATION OF

ORDERS/RETURNS
 

SIKA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL any Multiple online orders placed of the same style. For example, if An order is placed for a UK size 8 and a UK size 10 of the same style for the purpose of deciding which size fits best we reserve the right to cancel part or all of your order. This is because all our orders are hand made to order in Ghana. we advise all customers who are unsure of the correct size to order to contact us in advance of placing an order, provide us details of the style they are after and their bust, waist and hip MEASUREMENTS in Inches so we can advise which size would be the best fit. Please use the contact form via This website to make contact and provide us with the required details as outlined above.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days from the date the order was received with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be processed within 10 - 14 working days.

Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us and refunds/exchanges cannot be processed or issued until the goods have been returned and received by SIKA. Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for refunds. We can not refund items that are not received, please ensure that a reliable trackable/recorded service is used to send your return. It is the responsibility of the sender to track items sent to SIKA.

ALL Customs charges that are incurred by SIKA for returns are not the responsibility of SIKA and the cost of any customs charges for such returns are to be covered in full by the customer returning the unsuitable garment(s). 

If you refuse a shipment from SIKA, you are responsible for the original postage charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package & the cost of returning the package to SIKA. Any fees and charges incurred by SIKA due to a package being refused will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Postage costs for the return of unsuitable garments are not the responsibility of SIKA and the cost of postage for such returns are to be covered in full by the customer returning the unsuitable garment(s). 

'Custom' orders require full payment prior to production commencing for the order. 'Custom' orders are non-refundable or exchangeable as the garment will be made to your specification.

Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items.
